Mission Statement
To be proactive in promoting and protecting our environment while stimulating a spirit of community for the benefit of the Parkwood Drive Civic Club residents.


Beautification and Garden 
Kail Austin/Briscoe Swan (
Charge:  To recommend to the Board such efforts and projects that maintain and improve the physical environment of the community, and to implement approved recommendations.

Deed Restrictions 
Scessels Johnson/Wallace Honeywell (
Charge:  To investigate and recommend to the Board actions on deed restriction violations, and to implement approved recommendations.  To implement the timely renewal of deed restrictions. To recommend to the Board changes in the Civic Club Constitution and Bylaws and in the deed restrictions that are responsive to the needs and desires of the Civic Club membership.

Toni Middleton-Lewis (
Charge:  To provide financial oversight for the Civic Club, including budgeting, reporting and financial planning.  To implement Board decisions relating to finances.

Charic Daniels/Kathy Hall (
Charge:  To recommend to the Board such efforts and projects that increase membership in the Civic Club, and to implement approved recommendations.  To establish an effective system of Block Captains for furthering the work and goals of the Civic Club.  To assist other Committees, when appropriate, in being effective in their work to generate more consistent involvement from members.

Kathy Hall (
Charge:  To inform the Civic Club community about relevant matters of community interest. To help build community spirit.  To publicize Civic Club and other events of importance to the community.

The Parkwood Drive Civic Club invites members to enjoy another fun-filled, festive time with each other while creating large lighted Christmas balls to decorate their yards for the holiday season.   The civic club will provide the chicken wire to make the balls.  Please be sure to bring several strings of outdoor LED or incandescent lights wrap around the balls.  We will also have craft activities for kids.
